You’ll:
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment where toddlers can thrive
- Plan age-appropriate, hands-on learning activities that encourage exploration and discovery
- Support toddlers as they develop language, social-emotional, cognitive, physical, and self-help skills
- Build strong, positive relationships with each child and family
- Get on the children’s level and follow their interests to create meaningful learning experiences
- Encourage toddlers as they develop growing independence and confidence
- Respond to each child’s individual needs, personality, interests, and developmental level
- Provide patient, nurturing care during routines such as meals, diapering, toileting, rest, and transitions
- Celebrate the little victories—from first words and new friendships to learning how to do something independently
- Support children of all abilities as they work toward reaching their highest potential
Because toddlers are learning all the time.
Every conversation, cuddle, song, story, routine, and opportunity to explore can help build a child’s brain and shape their future.
This is more than a J-O-B.
