Minimum qualifications for each position are established in the Job Description for that position. Selection of personnel will be made in accordance with such stated qualifications, and in accordance with general criteria which apply to all positions.

It is Gateway’s general practice to obtain references from three (3) unrelated persons who can provide information about the (a) applicant’s qualifications for the specific position sought and (b) general criteria for selection of all Association employees. These personal references are provided by the applicant on the Application Form. Each prospective Gateway employee must complete an Application Form.  Any fraud, misrepresentation, falsification, or material omission in any of the information requested on the Application Form is cause for denial of employment, or dismissal if the applicant is already employed when the fraud, misrepresentation, falsification, or material omission is discovered.

What Applicants Have To Say
As you all know from me taking my daughter there for about a year now, I not only love all of the staff, but the children too. I love getting smiles and hugs from each of them who run to me, not just my own child. The environment between the children and staff is unparalleled to any other daycare, preschool, or before/after school care and my child has excelled in all areas as a result of being in your care daily. I would love to have an opportunity to be a part of this team and continue to help the current children as well as new ones that will come in learn, grow, and excel to better prepare them for their future.
